BRIEF
The project focuses on the Indian craft of Puppetry(Kathpuli ka Khel) The aim of this project was to study the dying craft closely and document the details, as well also create an identity design for the craft so that it is easier to promote the craft.
TYPOGRAPHY
Some scholars believe Kathputli art tradition is more than thousands of years old. Tribes of Rajasthan have been performing this art from ancient times and it has become an eternal part of Rajasthani culture and tradition.
The type is inspired by the colors of the region and the style takes inspiration from the art itself.

The logo is an amalgamation of the artform and the script Devanagari.
The packaging is designed to produce less waste. The die-line is kept rectangular with a self-locking mechanism that minimizes the use of adhesive & wastage of paper. Cotton-based handles which are completely bio-degradable. The packaging is not lined with any kind of lamination and can be printed using vegetable oil-based ink to make the packaging completely eco-friendly.
